The following details outline the protocols to be implemented in response to anomalous activity at Site-96. Upon detection/confirmation/identification of an anomaly, personnel will initiate the following sequence:

This written application is for the prompt declassification of specified employee logs pertaining to Site Ninety-Six. These logs are believed to contain crucial information regarding past operations. The release of this data is required for research the extent of Site Ninety-Six's functions. A detailed justification for declassification will be submitted upon demand.

Incident Report: Site 96 Breach of Protocol

On [DATE], at approximately [TIME] local time, a containment breach occurred at Site 96. Initial reports indicate that Subject/Agent escaped/broke free/was released from its designated cell/compartment/holding area.
